At Brakartov Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital experiences and game development services. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding refunds.
1. Digital Products (Games & In-App Purchases)
a) No Refund for Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable games and in-app purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
b) App Store / Google Play Refunds
If you made a purchase via a mobile app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), your refund request must follow their refund process:

- Google: Google Play Refunds
We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
c) Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or made a duplicate purchase, contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

2. Game Development Services
Refunds for custom development services (e.g., 2D/3D game development, prototyping, consulting) are handled as follows:
- Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
- If a project is cancelled by the client before work starts, a partial refund (minus administrative fees) may be issued.
- In case of breach of contract or delivery failure by our team, a fair refund will be negotiated.
All service refunds are handled case-by-case and depend on signed project agreements.
3. Pre-Orders & Early Access
If we offer pre-orders or early access versions of games, you may cancel and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the game has not been downloaded or accessed.
4. Subscriptions (if applicable)
If any of our games or services offer subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods unless required by law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (outside of app stores), contact us with the following:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or transaction ID)
- Description of the issue
- Your name and email
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we suspect abuse (e.g., repeated refunds, fraudulent activity, excessive chargebacks).
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine, and complies with relevant digital consumer protection regulations (e.g., EU Directive 2011/83/EU, US FTC policies).
